Supposément “si mauvais qu’il en est bon”, je l’ai plutôt trouvé “si mauvais qu’il en est pénible”. Chacun ses goûts, faut croire, je suis pourtant assez tolérant en matière de films de science-fiction japonais boboche des années 60…
Un super-héros complètement ridicule y combat des méchants tout aussi ridicule dans des décors en carton-pâte eux-aussi, vous l’aurez deviné, complètement ridicules. J’ai été, pour ma part, incapable de le terminer, mais si ça vous tente, il y a quand même matière a rigolade…
Supposedly a “so bad it’s good,” I found it more a “so bad it’s painful”. Each one his taste, I guess. But I used to be tolerant about bad Japanese Sci-fi from the 60s.
A ridiculous Super-hero fight against ridiculous baddies in cheaply made and, you guess it, ridiculous cardboard cities. I was unable to finish it. Still, if you are in the right mood and with the right friends, they may be some fun to have.
